Royal Painters delivers professional residential and commercial painting and wall finishing services across Hyderabad and surrounding areas, including: - **Interior & Exterior Painting:** Surface preparation, primer coating, wall putty application, and topcoat finishes. - **Waterproofing Solutions:** Terrace leakage prevention, crack filling, moisture barriers, and roof coating systems. - **Decorative & Textured Finishes:** Designer wall textures, metallic accents, stencil art, and custom feature walls. - **Wood Polishing & Metal Coating:** PU/Melamine polish for doors, windows, woodwork, and anti-rust coatings for metal gates/grills. - **Lappam & Wall Smoothening:** High-grade putty levelling and sanding for satin-smooth finishes.

• **Free Estimates:** Initial site estimates are provided based on visual inspection, floor area measurements, and client specifications. • **Quotation Validity:** Written quotations remain valid for 30 days from the date of issue, after which material cost adjustments may apply. • **Unforeseen Subsurface Defects:** If hidden structural damages (e.g., severe internal water seepage, hollow plaster, deep masonry fractures, extensive salt efflorescence) are revealed during surface scraping or preparation, our project supervisor will provide a transparent addendum quote before proceeding with additional rectification work.

To ensure seamless execution and timely delivery: • **Site Access:** The client agrees to grant safe, unimpeded access to the premises during standard working hours (typically 8:30 AM to 6:30 PM). • **Utilities:** The client shall provide standard water and electrical power supply on-site necessary for power tools, sanding machines, and washing. • **Valuables & Personal Belongings:** While our team takes extreme care and covers all furniture, floors, and fixtures with protective drop sheets and plastic masking, clients are advised to store away jewelry, currency, fragile items, and delicate electronics prior to commencement.

Unless mutually agreed upon in writing, our standard project payment milestones are structured as follows: - **Booking & Material Procurement Advance:** 30% to 40% upon confirmation to schedule painters and procure genuine paints and materials. - **Progress Milestone:** 40% to 50% upon completion of surface preparation, primer coats, and initial topcoat application. - **Final Settlement:** Remaining balance (10% to 20%) upon completion of final touch-ups, site clean-up, and client handover inspection. - **Accepted Modes:** UPI, Net Banking / NEFT / RTGS, Cheque, and Cash.

• We provide realistic estimated completion timelines based on the square footage and scope of work. • Exterior painting and terrace waterproofing are weather-dependent. Inclement weather (heavy rainfall, extreme humidity, or unseasonable storms) may necessitate temporary pauses to ensure proper curing and paint bonding. • Royal Painters shall not be liable for delays caused by force majeure events, power outages beyond our control, or restricted society entry permissions.

• **100% Genuine Paints:** We strictly utilize authentic paints and waterproofing chemicals from certified manufacturers including Asian Paints, Berger, Dulux, Nerolac, and Dr. Fixit. • **Workmanship Assurance:** We stand behind the quality of our application. Should any peeling, flaking, or application defect arise from our workmanship within the specified warranty period, we will inspect and perform complimentary touch-up rectification. • **Exclusions:** Warranties do not cover damage arising from subsequent building structural movement, plumbing pipe bursts, pre-existing untamed external seepage, physical trauma, or intentional abrasive washing.

• **Scope Changes:** Any addition of rooms, color changes after tint mixing, or extra coats requested by the client will be billed according to standard rate cards. • **Rescheduling:** Clients may reschedule project start dates by providing at least 48 hours advance notice without penalty. • **Cancellations:** If a project is cancelled after custom tinted paints have been purchased from the manufacturer, the cost of the tinted materials and any labor performed to date will be deducted from the advance.

• Our painters adhere to safety protocols including secure scaffolding, ladders, safety harnesses for elevated heights, and protective gear. • At the conclusion of every project, our crew conducts thorough site clean-up, removing masking tape, paint droplets, and disposing of job-related debris.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
